INNO HPLC Column
To reduce the effects of metal impurities on silica gel, high purity silica gel for chromatography was refined into a technology developed by our
company. The silica gel's silanol combines directly the functional group to synthesize the resins. (-Si-O-Si-R)
Depending on the application, there is a resin that has been and has not been end capping.
We can also supply resins for the prep column with 20 μm, 50 μm resins.

◈ Product Description
- INNO Column Series
- ① INNO Column C18
This column has large hydrophobic retention characteristics and is excellent resolution.
After the introduction of the C18 group, the column is subjected to end capping treatment three times at high temperature.(USP L1)
- ② INNO Column C18-HC
HC is the abbreviation for High Carbon.
This column has a carbon loading rate of 20% and has high retention of hydrophobic substances.
Excellent separation of hydrophobic substances.(USP L1)
- ③ INNO Column C18-SB
SB is the abbreviation for Strong Base / Strong for Basic mobile phase.
It is a column that protects silica gel surface with multi x-layer and is excellent in base resistance and acid resistance. (USP L1)
- ④ INNO Column C18-NE
NE is an abbreviation of No Endcapping, A column that does not end capping after C18 reaction.
Effective for the separation of polar substances because silanol groups remain. (USP L1)
- ⑤ INNO Column C8
This column is superior to Aegispak C8 in retention characteristics and has excellent resolution.
After the introduction of the C8 group, the column is subjected to end capping treatment three times at high temperature.(USP L7)
- ⑥ INNO Column C8-NE
NE is an abbreviation of No Endcapping, A column that does not end capping after C8 reaction.
Effective for the separation of polar substances because silanol groups remain. (USP L7)
- ⑦ INNO Column C4
After the butyl group is bonded, the column is subjected to end capping treatment three times at high temperature. (USP L26)
- ⑧ INNO Column Silica
This column is filled with ultra-high purity silica gel that has been reconditioned for high purity silica gel.(USP L3)
- ⑨ INNO Column Diol
This is a column that has ring-opening reaction after bonding glycidoxypropyl groups.(USP L20)
- ⑩ INNO Column NH2
This is a column that bond Aminopropyl groups.(USP L8)
- ⑪ INNO Column SCX
This column bond the sulfonicl acid with Allylglycidyl ether (USP L9)
- ⑫ INNO Column CN
After the Cyanopropyl group is bonded, the column is subjected to end capping treatment three times at high temperature. (USP L10)
- ⑬ INNO Column Phenyl
After the Phenylethyl group is bonded, the column is subjected to end capping treatment three times at high temperature. (USP L11)
