Hapcheon Phoenix Farm is a farming company that cultivates a chestnut, plum, artichoke, Korean hedge-nettle, perilla frutescens, bellflower, and pleuropterus multiflorus turcz in organic method. Our farm develops and produces Healing chestnut wine and Healing chestnut vinegar drink based on artichoke and chestnuts produced by our own farm. Our Farm focuses on making ‘alcohol drink’ good for health. As Healing chestnut wine produced by our farm are made from chestnuts and artichoke as their main ingredients, added with herbal ingredients good for health, they are products that can enhance health while enjoying wine. Healing chestnut vinegar drink is a non-alcoholic beverage developed during the course of alcohol production. It is a health beverage that enables a person to enjoy an effect of vitamin C from a chestnut, inulin from artichoke, citric acid from a plum, and increased immunity of ginger. Our farm newly developed and supplied liquid tea “Healing Chorong Chorong” using organically produced ingredients of Korean hedge-nettle, artichoke and onion in 2016. Our farm’s annual production capacity is 60 tons of Healing chestnut wine, 30 tons of Healing chestnut vinegar, 1,000 boxes of Healing chorong chorong, and has been supplying in Korea market online and offline. In particular, sales are being made through the “Agricultural Products Chandle Maru”, jointly operated by the ministry of agriculture and food and Korail distribution, and through cyber exchange, an online shopping mall of at (Agricultural and Fisheries Distribution Corporation). Our farm is a “small and medium-sized enterprise of a convergence of farming, manufacturing and agriculture” jointly designated by the ministry of agriculture and food and the small and medium business administration. We are looking for export to China, Japan and Asian markets.
