General Description
The Ex-Dri Water Removal Purifier is an advanced oil purification system specifically designed to eliminate multiple forms of oil contamination, including free, emulsified, and dissolved water, as well as solid particles, sludge, varnish, and even acidic by-products. Unlike conventional vacuum dehydrators, the Ex-Dri adopts a unique drying method that removes water without degrading the oil or stripping additives. This makes it particularly suitable for high-viscosity oils up to 460 cSt, which are often difficult to treat with traditional purification technologies. Recognized by the Korean Government as an “Excellent R&D Innovation Product,” the Ex-Dri provides industries with a robust, efficient, and durable solution to maintain oil cleanliness, extend lubricant service life, and prevent costly equipment failures.

Efficacy & Benefits
Moisture is one of the most harmful forms of contamination in lubricating oils. When present, it accelerates corrosion, depletes the lubricating film, and causes direct metal-to-metal contact, which leads to abnormal wear and premature equipment failure. The Ex-Dri system not only removes this moisture but also prevents further degradation by eliminating varnish and sludge that clog valves and reduce turbine efficiency. How to Use (Procedure / Recipe)
1. Connect the Ex-Dri purifier to the oil reservoir or circulation loop using the inlet and outlet ports.
2. Power on the system and select the appropriate operating mode (standard, CO type, or VR type depending on oil condition).
3. Allow the oil to circulate through the purifier. The disc module and filtration units remove particles, water, and sludge simultaneously.
4. Monitor the purification process via the digital display (optional) for parameters such as temperature, humidity, and differential pressure.
5. Continue operation until desired oil cleanliness and water content reduction levels are achieved (field cases demonstrate reduction from over 8,000 ppm to less than 50 ppm within 48 hours).
6. Shut down the system and perform periodic maintenance, including filter replacement and inspection of the disc module.
